To further improve efficiency, enhance international cooperation and optimise capital management, a functional management structure was established. Swiss Life pressed ahead with the implementation of its corporate strategy in 2008 by expanding its distribution capacity, strengthening its position in all markets thanks to product innovations, and enhancing competitiveness by introducing measures to improve efficiency.
