Swiss Life takes the interests of its customers very seriously. In creating our website, we have therefore taken special care to ensure that it provides a really comprehensive source of information. To prevent a situation where this information is only accessible to experienced net users, we have constructed the Swiss Life website so that it meets current internet standards and there are no barriers to visitors.

Our website is designed so that it can be used on many different levels, for example by very experienced or relatively novice users.
We also offer visitors to our website who suffer from disabilities (from less than normal vision through to severe visual impairment) a variety of support, such as tools for users of screen readers, etc.

Keyboard shortcuts
Most web browsers support jumping to specific links by typing hotkey combinations defined on the website.

In Windows, you can press Alt + an access key + Return; on Macintosh, you can press Control + an access key.

Access keys are defined because not all users are able to use a mouse, and several alternative browsing devices do not employ a 'point and click' interface.
